Insurance (Click Here)
Most major insurance companies cover the LAP-BAND® procedure as long as you meet their requirements. Your insurance may consider you a canidate for the LAP-BAND®, if your BMI is at least 35 (with two underlying health conditions) or a BMI of 40 or greater (with no underlying health conditions). Self Pay Option (Click Here)
